I woke up today with that heart-heavy feeling. You know the one: It tells you that you can’t do it; that this day will just be too hard. That you just can’t do life right now.

We had a rare opening on our schedule this afternoon so I decided to snatch it up. You’d think owning White Dahlia, I’d get massages all the time. But I don’t. But today I did. With Emily.
