No, really. Brow lamination is like a perm for your brows, giving them a bold and bushy edge that normally can only be achieved with careful application of oils, serums, pencils, powders, and gels.

The best part? The treatment only takes about 20 minutes and can last up to eight weeks. The second best part? We’re offering it as a special $50 add-on to a lash lift and tint (or $68 for a standalone service for members; $78 for nonmembers).

Brow lamination is best for those who want to achieve a fuller brow, or anyone who’s frustrated with unruly eyebrows that just won’t stay in place. Here’s how it works:

First, your esthetician will apply a solution that breaks down the protein bonds in your eyebrow hairs, making them more shapeable. Then, they’ll brush the hairs upward to achieve this edgy look (don’t worry—it settles down after a bit):

After this, your esthetician will apply a neutralizer to seal the new shape; then they’ll moisturize the area. And that’s it!

We include a brow wax and tint with lamination, which will yield slightly different, boldly beautiful results than mine. (I chose not to tint, but see the pictures below for a visual of the combo!)

Now I’ll admit, I was slightly skeptical of brow laminations at first, and it took me a couple of months to come around. I was all for the shape and slightly brushed-up look it could offer, but I didn’t want an over-the-top, fake-looking bushy boy brow.

In the end, I’m so glad I conceded (even if it was just as a test subject before my mom, Jenny, started offering laminations to the rest of y'all). My brows remained a bit caterpillar-y for a day or two after my appointment, but after that, they softened into a subtly-raised, natural-looking shape.
